Revised public Notice 306 & 308 - Temporary admission JCCC CIP (09) 59
Notice 306 (August 2003) and Notice 308 (May 2002) have been revised and updated. They are re-titled ‘Temporary admission’ to reflect the correct term for this relief procedure.
Who should read: All users of temporarily imported non-EC containers or pallets, including, shipping agents, freight forwarders, wharfingers, hauliers and loaders; anyone who temporarily imports non-EC motor vehicles, pleasure craft and other sea going vessels or civil aircraft, for private for commercial transport use.
What is it about: Publication of revised Notice 306 and Notice 308.
When effective: Immediately.
Extant until/expires: Until further notice.
