New currency of Invoice element on customs declarations from Jan 1
A new statistical regulation is planned to come into force on 1 January 2010. This regulation will replace Council regulation 1172/95 and Commission regulation 1917/2000.
Who should read: Anyone preparing data for customs declarations or who inputs data to CHIEF (Customs Handling of Import and Export Freight)
What is it about: Introduction of new data element required on CHIEF from 1 January 2010
When effective: Immediately
Extant until: 30 June 2010 or until tariff is updated
