The preparedness Survey below will help DEFRA determine the level of awareness amongst stakeholders – it should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete, and they’re interested in responses from as wide a range of stakeholders as possible.

The new Leaflet will shortly be sent hard copy to permit applicants.
Businesses and Individual Moving CITES Items
It contains a checklist to help stakeholders prepare, including how to find a suitable Point of Entry. The hard copy is a tri-fold format, which unfortunately can’t be replicated online.
Please forward any questions or concerns about CITES during and after the Transition Period to euexitcites@defra.gov.uk
