Contact details at Inland Border Facilities
BIFA has been asked questions about how Members can communicate with the Inland Border Facilities (IBFs).
It has to be remembered that HMRC are providing the personnel who process the Transit movements etc, whilst Border Force Officials undertake the actual examination of cargo etc.
Therefore, it is important to contact the correct Department.
