BIFA Member Guidance - Business Enquiries Relating to Ukraine and Russia
Further to yesterday's guidance, BIFA has received further information from the Department of International Trade relating to trade with Russia and the Ukraine. This should be read in conjunction with our previous news article.
Following the Prime Minister's statement to the House of Commons on Ukraine, I wanted to share some guidance should your organisation have, or receive enquiries from, your members/networks in relation to trade with Ukraine or Russia.

- Businesses can submit an enquiry to DIT’s Digital Enquiry Service or call the helpline on 0300 303 8955
- The ESS landing page also features a dedicated link for Ukraine or Russia enquiries
- ESS will be the first point of contact for business and trade enquiries relating to Ukraine or Russia, as well as continuing to provide support to businesses exporting to Europe. Further background on ESS can be found below

The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) and No.10 are leading on communications on the unfolding situation, however the Department for International Trade wanted to share a quick update regarding the Export Support Service (ESS).
