It has been confirmed that Deloitte, working with IBM, has been appointed as the TDP and over the next few weeks we’ll be working together with HMRC to review the STW delivery plans.
Securing the TDP is viewed as a major milestone for the programme on HMRC`s way to implementing the STW and making the vision set out in the 2025 Border Strategy a reality. The TDP will work with HMRC, and the delivery partners across Government, to ensure the service design and delivery of the STW is able to fulfil the ambitions for border transformation.
Deloitte, IBM, and the programme will work closely to ensure trades views continue to be fed into the STW design and the appointed TDP look forward to picking up discussions in more detail and working together to deliver a quality service for HMRC customers.
