Declarations submitted during the timeframes above will be processed at the end of the downtime.

During the downtime, creating, updating, or embarking a goods movement reference (GMR) during these times using the Goods Vehicle Movement System (GVMS) will be affected as well.

You will not be able to add import and export declarations or validate goods movement references during the downtime.

You should, where possible, add declarations to goods movement references before or after the downtime.

The core service for the Goods Vehicle Movement Service will be fully available during the Customs Declaration Service downtime.
